Charity Cycle Ride and Coffee Caravan at We Out Here Festival 2024

We are thrilled to announce our participation again in the 2024 We Out Here Festival, blending our love for cycling, coffee, and our community. This year, we're organising another charity bike ride to Wimborne St Giles, Dorset, and serving coffee from our blue caravan throughout the festival weekend.

Sign up to Cycle to We Out Here

Gear up for our charity bike ride, starting from Velo Domestique on Thursday, 15 August. This 22-mile ride requires participants to raise over £200 in donations. In return, you'll receive a free ticket to the festival, making your effort truly rewarding. Last year, this initiative was a huge success, bringing together cycling enthusiasts and festival-goers for a great cause.

We Out Here Festival

Now in its second year in Dorset, the We Out Here Festival, curated by the renowned Gilles Peterson, promises an unforgettable weekend from 15-18 August 2024. Set in the picturesque village of Wimborne St Giles, the festival features an eclectic lineup of artists, musicians, and performers. Previously held in Abbots Ripton, Cambridgeshire, the festival's move to Dorset has brought it closer to our home, allowing us to be a part of this fantastic event.

Supporting an Important Cause

The charity bike ride is in support of CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), a charity focused on preventing suicide by supporting those facing mental health challenges. Last year, we raised over £4K for local charity Absolute Music, and we aim to surpass that in 2024. By participating, you help support those who need it most.

Visit Our Coffee Caravan

During the festival, be sure to stop by our charming blue coffee caravan. We'll be serving freshly brewed coffee all weekend long, ensuring you stay energised and refreshed. Our skilled baristas will be on hand to craft the perfect cup, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the festival. Whether you need a morning boost or an afternoon pick-me-up, our coffee caravan is the place to be.

Visiting Velo Domestique

If you're planning to visit Velo Domestique on Thursday, 15 August, we'd love to see you there! Around 50 riders will be gathering and preparing to embark on their journey to Wimborne St Giles at midday. While it might be a bit busy, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we kick off this exciting charity bike ride. It's a fantastic opportunity to witness the spirit of community and the dedication of everyone involved.

Join us for this unique blend of cycling, music, and coffee at the We Out Here Festival 2024. Together, we can make a difference and enjoy an unforgettable experience!
