Introducing the Benno Bikes Cargo Range

The Benno Bike range has two main cargo models: the Boost E and the RemiDemi. Both options are electric and have excellent carrying capabilities, particularly if you're looking for the perfect family cargo bike. We will break down some of the features and options for each model to help you find which one is right for you.
Boost E - Incredibly versatile, agile and packed with a massive overall carrying capacity of 200kg (inc. rider), this Bosch equipped electric cargo bike is the core of the Benno range.
Not only does the Boost E look good, but it also handles well and is the ideal bike for carrying more than one child passenger at a time.
With an adjustable seatpost, stem and bars, the Boost E is designed to be used by riders between 5'1" (155cm) and 6'3" (190cm), plus at 30kg (total bike weight without accessories), it is easy to manoeuvre even when walking the bike.
Being equipped with Shimano Deore 10 speed and hydraulic brakes means that the Boost E fully utilises its Bosch Performance or Performance CX motor. The Bosch Performance motor has a massive range of up to 120km, and the Performance CX has an even bigger 130km and dual battery capability to allow for even longer journeys of up to 260km.
We have both the universal and the step-thru versions of the Boost E arriving in various colours, available as both the Bosch Performance (£3999) and the Bosch Performance CX (£4999) options. 2024 sees the introduction of the EVO5 Boost E, featuring thru axle wheels and improved hydraulic disc brakes, this model is equipped with a Bosch Performance CX motor (£5299).
Any Boost model can now be ordered as ‘Fully Loaded’, with all accessories you’ll need to start your family on their Benno journey for an additional £700. ‘Fully Loaded’ models include:

RemiDemi - The more compact part of the Benno Bikes range, a small footprint for easy storage, chunky comfortable tyres without compromising much on carrying capability makes the RemiDemi one of our favourite cargo bikes of 2021.
Ideal for carrying one child passenger, the RemiDemi's step-thru frame design is versatile and can be used by the whole family; adjustable bars and seatpost mean it fits a range of riders from 5'1" (155cm) to 6'1" (185cm).
The RemiDemi has an overall carrying capability of 180kg (including rider weight), and the complete bike, excluding accessories, weighs less than 30kg.
Benno have equipped the RemiDemi with 9 Speed Shimano Sora and hydraulic brakes but still fit this smaller option with a Bosch Performance motor, giving it exceptional range (up to 120km) for cruising with cargo.
