Ozone Guest Coffee - Biodynamic Indian single origin

We're very excited to have three incredible coffees arrive from our talented friends at Ozone Coffee. Our latest guest retail coffees are:

Encanto, Nicaragua - Papaya, milk chocolate, muscuvado

Bebeto Mamani, Bolivia - Milk chocolate, raspberry and lime

Balmaadi Natural, India - White grape, walnut and milk chocolate

We are running the Indian single origin from Tamil Nadu as our guest pour-over. We are particularly excited about this coffee as it is grown using biodynamics, an agricultural philosophy that focuses on soil quality alongside natural cycles of the cosmos, such as the lunar cycle to create a calendar for crop growth and harvest. This coffee is Ozone's first-ever biodynamic certified speciality coffee.

India is still a relatively new origin for speciality coffee, and this estate has been pioneering the nations coffee production, winning the Taste of India award twice in recent years. Expect milk chocolate, white grape and walnut with a thick body.

Our current guest filter Encanto from Matagalpa in Nicaragua is a juicy, fully washed coffee with notes of papaya and milk chocolate. Almost half of the coffee grown in this area is in the shade of red Guava trees, allowing for slower maturation of the coffees natural sugars and increasing sweetness and acidity.

Come and experience these coffees from Ozone at Velo Domestique or grab a bag to enjoy at home.
