Velo Domestique Coronavirus Guidelines

We’re keen to keep our community healthy this winter, so we’re highlighting a few precautionary things we can all do to support this goal.

In light of the current situation surrounding Coronavirus in the UK and the world, to protect you and our team, we’re outlining a few guidelines: 

• If you are experiencing a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath, similar to cold and flu symptoms, please consider taking a raincheck until you’re feeling better.  

• Please use contactless payments, when possible. 

• Please wash your hands before you visit us, or when you arrive to see us.

• We still encourage the use of reusable takeaway coffee cups, however when handing them to us, please keep ahold of the lid.

• Please take away any tissues or litter you have brought with you. 

• A no handshake, high fives or hugs policy is in place, feel free to toe-tap or elbow bump us instead. 

• If you sneeze or cough, please do so into a tissue (then dispose of the tissue) or your sleeve. Then wash your hands and face straight away. 

• We are offering a FREE coffee bean and brewing equipment delivery service for any customers Self Isolating in the BH1 to BH8 postcodes. See our ‘Self Isolated Coffee’ page for more details.

• Our food and drinks are always available to take away, should you want to limit your contact with others, we will happily bring your takeaway items to the door.

• Hygiene is always a top priority at Velo Domestique, but we will be taking extra precautions by cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly throughout the day and during service.
